Mamnick's SF1 is a small-batch utility knife made entirely in Sheffield, from cutting the SF100 stainless blade to the final grind, heat treatment and laser marking. Every part passes through the hands of tradespeople working within a mile of each other. Each knife is Rockwell-tested for hardness, and its individual result is marked on the handle.
