Hand-thrown tableware

Jack Burnett founded Echino Ceramics. It makes hand-thrown, functional tableware for restaurants and homes as "an alternative to mass produced tableware", designed with food in mind, with a simple glaze palette and minimalist forms.
The name comes from echinoderms, the group that includes sea urchins and sea stars. It reflects Burnett's fascination with the sea, which also led to a 40-part ceramic installation in 2023 about the damage purple sea urchins are doing.
